Phone Access. Patients shall have direct telephone access to the dentist and/or the practice’s answering or reception staff during its normal business hours. The Patient may contact the business after normal business hours to leave a message for the dentist. A staff member of the Practice will return the calls of the Patient during normal business hours. Specialist Coordination. Patients understand that fees paid under this Agreement do not include and do not cover specialist fees or fees due to any medical professional other than
Green Cove Dental staff. Practice and dentist may assist the Patient in obtaining speciality care with medical specialists to whom the Patient may be referred.
